Well it's spring in Arizona - I think.  What with all the crazy weather we've been having over the last few weeks, I'm confused if we're skipping ahead towards summer or jumping back into winter.  AHHHH.  We had to turn on the air conditioner two days ago, but then last night I was freezing cold sitting outside.  With all this temperature jumping, I've been thinking a bit about "climate control".  I might be a bit of a princess about the whole temperature thing, but hey - I like to be comfortable in my own house!  That said, I still really care about the bottom line as well.

A Little Bit Of Spring Cleaning
Yes!  Spring in Arizona!  Orange blossoms are making everything smell like heaven on earth!  Truly, it is this time of the year that makes me so incredibly grateful that I live in Arizona.  I love it!  HOWEVER, there is one thing that comes with this season that I do not love!  It's my ALLERGIES.  Anyone else with me on this?!  Let me help to paint a picture for you.  At my last allergy appointment, I was retested to see how bad my levels were.  You know it's not so good when the nurse walks in and says "Wow!  You're all lit up." and the doctor follows her in and says, "Well, you're okay as long as you don't breathe."  Not such a great prognosis for me!  In my blog this week I want to just quickly tell you about one thing that might just help you out a little if you have allergies like me.

If I had to make a list of some of the traits that I value in these women as business owners and in any other professional that I work with it would include things like honesty, a personal touch to their customer service, timely response, fairness, cheerfulness, helpfulness and offering a product or service that is of high quality with a guarantee of some kind.  As much as I wish that I could just look at a person and know if they could offer me all of these traits, I can't.  So, I rely on the referrals of others who have had personal interactions with someone that might fill a need for me.
